Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, all un-worn jewelry can be returned within 10 days for a full refund less shipping and handling. Prior to returning your bracelets, please contact us for shipping instructions.

Extended Return Policy For All Holiday Orders:

Any Mother's Day orders placed from April 7, 2008 through
April 30, 2008 will be given an extended return policy. The un-worn jewelry must be received in our office by May 19, 2008. Prior to returning your bracelets, please contact us for shipping instructions.
Any holiday orders placed from November 23, 2008 through
December 18, 2008 will be given an extended return policy. The un-worn jewelry must be received in our office by January 7, 2009. Prior to returning your bracelets, please contact us for shipping instructions.

Quality:

We stand by our quality, but if under a rare circumstance your bracelet should break within 30 days of receipt, please return it including all of the beads, and we will re-string it at no charge. After that time period, a $5.00 per strand re-string fee is charged plus any additional beads (if necessary) and shipping & handling. Please contact us for shipping instructions.
