All Gold Filled Beads are the best quality 14k gold bonded on brass (14/20). Wire used is professional quality 49 strand nylon coated stainless steel wire. The letters used are 5.5mm in size, and depending on the size of your bracelet, one strand can usually accommodate 14 letters. All crystals used are high quality Genuine Swarovski Birthstone Crystals. Due to the unpredictable production of Bali beads, at rare times it will be necessary to make substitutions, but they will be of same quality. We stand by our quality, but if under a rare circumstance your bracelet should break within 30 days of receipt, please return it including all of the beads, and we will re-string it at no charge. After that time period, a $5.00 per strand re-string fee is charged plus any additional beads (if necessary) and shipping & handling. Please contact us for shipping instructions.
