Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling options are as follows:
- U.S.P.S. 1st Class Mail within the U.S. (2-5 business days) is FREE!
- U.S.P.S. Priority Mail within the U.S. (2-3 business days) is $6.00.
- U.S.P.S. Express Mail within the U.S. (1-2 business days) is $15.00.
- U.S.P.S. 1st Class International is $5.00.
- U.S.P.S. Priority International is $18.00.
Holiday Orders:
- Please remember that all shipping times are longer during the holidays. Please take that into account when placing your order. All shipping days are after the order is processed, not after the order is placed online.
- Any holiday orders placed from November 23, 2007 through December 18, 2007 will be given an extended return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, all un-worn jewelry can be returned for a refund less shipping and handling. Due to the nature of custom orders, a 20% personalization fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee will help in covering the time invested while designing the custom bracelet to your specifications, and the time it takes to dismantle it. The return must be received by January 7th.
- The last day to place an order with 1st Class Mail to be delivered by December 24th is December 7th.
- The last day to place an order with Priority Mail to be delivered by December 24th is December 15th.
- The last day to place an order with Express Mail to be delivered by December 24th is December 18th.
Other important shipping information:
- Our current turn around time is 2-3 business days before the order is shipped.
- Ordering by U.S.P.S. 1st Class Mail or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail DOES NOT guarantee a delivery date.
